Digital products — right of withdrawal All products sold through GLP-1 Living are digital downloads (e-books, meal plans, trackers, and printable guides). In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal expires as soon as the download has started or the digital file has been made available, provided you have given your explicit consent in advance and acknowledged that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal.

By completing a purchase and requesting access to the digital product, you agree to these terms and waive your right of withdrawal.

No refunds Due to the nature of digital products, completed purchases are non-refundable. Exceptions apply only in the following cases:

• The file is technically defective and we are unable to resolve the issue.
• You have accidentally purchased the same product twice.

Complaints If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase date at hello@glp-1-living.com. We will resolve any technical issues as quickly as possible.

Dispute resolution As an EU consumer, you can also submit a complaint via the European Commission's ODR platform.
