About GLP-1 Living
Hi, I am Imaya. I make the trackers, journals, planners and guides you find here. GLP-1 Living started from a simple observation: people on GLP-1 medication were doing a lot of careful, quiet work every week, logging doses, watching protein, planning meals around a smaller appetite, and they were doing it on scraps of paper and half-finished notes apps.
So I built the tools I wished existed. Clean printable PDFs and editable planners that make the day-to-day easier to keep track of: dose trackers, food and hydration lists, high-protein meal plans, and simple journals for the weeks when the scale stops moving. Everything is designed to be calm to look at and quick to use, because the last thing anyone needs is one more complicated system.
I also make a professional range for the clinics, med spas and nurse practitioners who run GLP-1 programs: editable intake and consent templates, patient handouts, flyers and social content. Same idea, different desk. These are starting points a practice can brand and adapt, reviewed by their own clinical and legal governance before use.
How the products are made: I write, design and test each one myself, then keep them updated as the guidance and the community feedback evolve. Files are delivered instantly after checkout and stay available to re-download from your order email. There is no subscription and no account to manage.
One thing I want to be completely clear about. Everything here is a lifestyle and organisation tool. It is not medical advice, it makes no medical claims, and it is not a substitute for your doctor. Decisions about GLP-1 medication belong with you and a licensed professional who knows your history. Please read the medical disclaimer. If a file does not open or is not what the listing describes, reply to your order email and I will make it right (see the refund policy).
How the content is written and checked
- Product copy and blog guides are written in plain language and checked against public guidance, for example national health services and the official patient leaflets. They are not reviewed by a doctor, which is exactly why nothing here is medical advice. Each blog post shows when it was last updated.
- Nothing here promises weight loss or any health outcome, and no page gives dosing advice. Dose fields in trackers are blank so you can write down what your prescriber tells you.
- Medication names such as semaglutide or tirzepatide are used only to describe who a product is for. GLP-1 Living is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Novo Nordisk or Eli Lilly.
- Clinic templates are educational starting points; every practice reviews them with its own clinical and legal governance.
- Spotted something outdated or unclear? Tell me and I will correct it.
